Over the years, I have deepened my knowledge of Yoga and Hot Yoga through continuing education with some of the most respected teachers in the world, including Tim Miller, Maty Ezraty, Kino Macgregor, Jason Crandell, Rajashree Choudry, Carlo Giorno, and Julie Gudmestad. Their guidance has shaped my approach to teaching, blending traditional Yoga practices with modern techniques for Health, Fitness, and Wellness.
